Hi Andy,
How is the tongue?
Vision?
re: chlol.
I think it might not deal with tinea, but otherwise seems OK if well confirmed.
Tinea circinata has a relationship to the tubercular miasm, is easy to treat suppressively and seems pretty tough to cure. (pseudo-psora; syco-psora mixed miasm) It seems like a good idea to avoid suppressive treatment of this at all costs. "Systemic" tinea
Has the tinea come on concurrently with the mental symptoms, and are these more or less after-effects of burn & eye symptoms?
Have you looked at Canth, Hepar, Syph ?
Each are listed in Mind-Despair, and each one is the sole occupant of one of
these rubrics
Eye- Pain, burn; after (Canth)
Eye - Chemosis -cornea (Hepar)
Eye - abrasion, cornea (Syph)
Hepar is also listed in blepharitis & eye-injected.
Lyc, Mez, Sep are all in the rubrics
skin, eruptions - pityriasis versicolor (only 10 remedies total)
Eye -inflammation, lids
Mind, despair
I've done a quick repertorization of the limited material you presented.

That possible chloralum case also has systemic tinea infection. Anything you
can pass on about this is also appreciated.
